Gaudeamus Igitur. Tecnicos en Investigacion Criminal y Forense. Technicals in Criminal Investigation and Forensics

"Gaudeamus Igitur" durante la graduación de la primera Promoción de Técnicos Universitarios en Investigación Criminal y Forense. (Español). El sábado 20 de marzo del presente año 2010, en el Auditorium del Campus Regional Universitario "San Roque González de snta Cruz S. J." de Huehuetenango, en Guatemala,  se llevó a cabo la ceremonia de graduación de la primera promoción de Técnicos Universitarios en Investigación Criminal y Forense. Las actividades de los nuevos egresados generarán aportes  en el ámbito público con énfasis en la administración de justicia,  en calidad de fiscales auxiliares,  agentes investigadores de escena del crimen o  agentes policiales. Asimismo su actividad será útil en el sector privado, en materia de investigación para empresas particulares, las cuales puedan requerir servicios en el esclarecimiento de asuntos relacionados con sus conocimientos, destrezas y habilidades, no sólo en la solución de casos concretos de averiguación de hechos, sino también en materia de seguridad (personal, ambiental, bancaria, aseguradoras y otros). Su campo de acción se extiende al apoyo a bufetes de Abogados, quienes en material penal dirigen asuntos procesales, tanto del acusador como de la defensa de la víctima. Con mi respetuoso saludo a ellos y dado que escucharon durante el Acto de Graduación el himno "Gaudeamus Igitur" ("Alegrémonos pues") que es una canción estudiantil de autor anónimo, me permito transcribir la versión en latín y traducciones, para que cada vez que lean el presente saludo, recuerden este acto trascendental en su vida. Se considera que dicha canción originalmente se titulaba De brevitate vitae ("Sobre la brevedad de la vida") y se cantaba inicialmente en universidades alemanas a mediados del siglo XVIII. Según algunas fuentes,  su letra es poco académica, pero la mayoría de las universidades europeas la suelen tomar como himno propio, entonándola en las grandes solemnidades académicas. Usanza también adoptada en la URL en Huehuetenango, Guatemala. With my respectful greetings to them and because they heard during the graduation anthem "Gaudeamus Igitur" ( "Let us therefore rejoice")which is a song by an anonymous student, I would transcribe the Latin version and translations, so that each time that they read this greeting, remember this momentous event in his life. It is considered that this song was originally titled "From Brevitate vitae" ( "On the shortness of life") and originally sung in German universities in the mid eighteenth century.
